Your WiFi leaks more than data. We show you exactly what a passive observer, standing in your own car park with a laptop and cheap radio gear, can learn about the people inside your building. Then we help you fix it.

Here’s the physics nobody warned you about: since 802.11ac, the beamforming feedback your devices send back to the router goes out unencrypted. Anyone within radio range can capture it. From those frames, published research counts occupants through walls, reads activity, even fingerprints individual people by their radio signature. No camera, no app, no connection to your network, and nothing the victims carry. Your firewall has no idea this is happening because your traffic was never touched.

What the audit covers

• Fleet survey: every access point and client generation on site, sounding configuration, what is exposed and to whom
• A capture demonstration on your own spectrum, inside a signed scope. We show you what passive sensing reveals about your rooms. Nothing on your network is touched, no traffic, no credentials, no systems
• Identity-leakage and occupancy assessment, graded honestly: what we observed, what we inferred, what stayed unknown. Every conclusion in the report cites its capture file. An incomplete search is reported as a bounded negative, never as a zero
• A hardening plan you can action: protected and aggregated beamforming settings per access point family, radio policy, antenna placement, and the parts of the 802.11 standard that give you encrypted sounding
• Deliverables: findings ledger, risk ratings, config changes with apply steps, and a re-verification pass after you make them

Pricing

R4,500 for a single site with up to three access points included. R1,200 per additional access point. Multi-site engagements at R8,500 a day. The first three clients book at the pilot rate of R2,500 while we build out the lab.

What it isn’t

Not a network pentest. This audits the radio channel itself, the one piece of your infrastructure you cannot firewall. And we won’t oversell it: WiFi sensing is a real research field, not magic. Detection quality depends on your layout, your hardware, and the observer’s patience. You get the honest version, the same grading we apply to ourselves.
