Your domain, our mail platform. You keep your existing email address (billing@yourbusiness.co.za) and we run the mail server behind it: Postfix/Dovecot, SOGo webmail, activeSync, spam filtering, MTA-STS, DKIM and DMARC configured per domain. Ten gigabytes per mailbox, R249 per mailbox per month, VAT included, cancel monthly.
Provisioning starts once you add one verification TXT record to your DNS. After that we publish the MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MTA-STS records for you and hand over the mailbox passwords. If your DNS lives with GoDaddy or Afrihost that is usually a five-minute job. If your IT company owns the zone, send them the record and remind them mail is not something to leave half-configured.
